A one-off self-contained class introducing the spellcraft and spiritwork of working with the virtues and spirits of the oracle of geomancy for operative sorcery. We will examine cunning means to kindle, stoke, cohere, and direct elemental forces, planetary remediation, and a range of grounding practical geomantic magics: from cleansing to prosperity, and from protection to further empowering our conjurations.

This class-bundle consists of a recording of two hours of illustrated lecture; as well as offering access to full scans of the pre-modern magical texts cited and explored – that is, pre-modern primary sources on topics including geomancy, occult medicine, cunning-craft, and astrological magic (including fully searchable .txt files scans of these sources), with a bibliography and full set of suggested reading and follow-up courses to further explore these topics and techniques.

Pre-modern geomancers did not simply consult the spirits and wisdoms of their oracle for divination, but worked a range of elemental, planetary and zodiacal magical techniques. Their Arts included ceremony, invocation, spell-craft, evocation, spirit-work, and theurgy underlying this once-popular art of divination. Much more than a party-trick of simple fortune-telling, geomancy apprehends, interrelates and articulates grounded lived realities fundamentally dependent upon occult cosmological meaning and the conscious sorcerous manipulations of ritual magic.

This illustrated class-bundle is taught by professional diviner and consultant sorcerer Dr Alexander Cummins, a geomancer with over a decade of personal and professional experience in geomantic divination and remediation, spirit conjuration, spell-work, and talisman-craft. This class-bundle will thus guide those both new to geomancy and astrological magic and seasoned modern cunning-folk through the options geomantic magic presents - from the sorceries emergent from sortilege and the image magic of characters, letters, and talismans, to the simple but potent folk magics of candle, bath, prayer, and charm, as well as techniques for working a variety of tutelary elemental, planetary, and necromantic spirits of geomancy.
